When we talk about health the first thing we usually think about is our physical health.  More and more we are learning to include mental, social and emotional health into our thinking and daily living activities.

With the pandemic we are currently experiencing the hyperfocus is on our physical health and making sure we slow down and hopefully stop the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Our Mental, Social, and Emotional health (MSE) are equally important as our physical health (especially during this time of isolation, social distancing and uncertainty). Our MSE health can have a direct impact on our physical health...it's all connected!

Please take care of your MSE health as you do your physical health. Below I have provided some resources (information and tools) for all ages, just click on the title/link. I will continue to update this over the next few days. If you have any questions or would like additional information please feel free to contact me via email: econnollymsw@gmail.com

We are in this together, and help is always available. If you're feeling alone and struggling, you can also reach out to The Crisis Text Line by texting TALK to 741741 or National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK. (copied from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention)
